Avant Garden 2011

I'm happy to announce that I will once again be participating
in the hippest art yard sale in the city, over on Esplanade Ave in Mid-City.

Saturday, December 17, 2011
11am - 6pm
2275 Bayou Rd at the Joan Mitchell Center

followed by:
Pecha Kucha
a form of speed lecture by creative thinkers
7pm - 9pm, same location

Last year I offered a kitchen sink of handmade goods:
paintings, drawings, stationery, bags, scarves, etc.

I was also interviewed and featured in a video made by New Orleans Style, about the event

This year I'll be offering small paintings, intricate stitched pieces, unframed drawings from the studio archive, prints from Art for Breakfast and The Year of Believing, and NEW! Print Tapestries. I might even bring Mr. Tumnus!
